Allison is most commonly recognized as “That girl from the Cami Secret commercial,” thanks to a parody that has over six million hits on YouTube. However, she started out as a musical theater actor. Allison was born and raised in Southern California where her family still resides. After graduating high school at the age of 16, Allison moved to New York and attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and studied Classical and Contemporary Theater at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
Her theatrical credits include Radio Broadway: The Hits of 1958 at Town Hall in Manhattan, Sondheim: The Birthday Concert at Lincoln Center, and The Fantasticks with Live Arts Maryland in Annapolis, Kiss Me Kate (Lois Lane/Bianca), The Full Monty (Georgie), The Scarlet Pimpernel (Marguerite) and Jekyll and Hyde (Emma).
In New York, Allison participated in the development of several new projects including National Pastime by Tony Sportiello and Al Tapper, Saved! by Dan Tramon and Diane Belkowski, and Cold Comfort Farm (with Marla Schaffel) by Bob Gutowski and W. Brent Sawyer. She has also been a featured singer on several recordings.
On screen, Allison was featured in WTFU*, an award winning comedy from Reel Spiel Productions. She appeared in the comedic shorts: The Dentist** and The Honeymoon and the web series Obama Or Yo Mama and Morning Bitch. She has also appeared on ABC’s One Life to Live and CBS’s As the World Turns as well as numerous national and regional commercials.
Allison is a member of Actors Equity Association (AEA) and SAG-AFTRA.
